Today many of us are still reeling from the horrors that happened last week at Sandy Hook Elementary School. It is time to let the healing begin. So many young lives snuffed out by a troubled young man. On today I share a quote from a man much acquainted with grief, Dr. Martin Luther King. During his tenure as the face and voice of the modern civil rights movement, he endured many slights and was privy to details about the violence inflicted upon those on the front lines of the civil rights movement. As you go about your day today, meditate on this quote and begin to think how you can personally take the grief and anger you may be feeling today and transform it into something GOOD for you, your family, your community and our country.
